Trojan families,
After careful consideration, we have made the decision to continue with our hybrid learning plan until the Christmas/holiday break, which begins Saturday, Dec. 19.
There were several factors that went into this decision:
1) We don't anticipate the infection rates significantly improving between now and Dec. 18.
2) This gives our families a little more time to plan for childcare and other considerations all at once, as opposed to waiting for updates on a weekly basis.
3) This gives our staff members more time to plan things out further in advance and they also will not have to worry about the possibility of things changing from week to week
Furthermore, there is a possibility we could go fully remote should the infection rates get significantly worse.
Hybrid plan reminder
-
When students with different last names are living in the same household, then all of the students within the household would be in the same group as the sibling whose last name comes first in the alphabet. (For example, if students with the last names Adams, Jones and Zimmerman all lived in the same household, all three would be in the Red Group).
.
Food Service Plan
-
All students in the Red Group will be fed in person on Mondays and Tuesdays. On Tuesdays, any interested students can take home packages containing 10 meals (five breakfasts and five lunches) to last them Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
-
All students in the Gray Group will be fed in person on Thursdays and Fridays. On Fridays, any interested students can take home packages containing 10 meals (5 breakfasts and 5 lunches) to last them Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
We thank all of you for your patience and understanding during these difficult times. Go Trojans!
