Registration Gateway

New to Troy City Schools?  Please follow the directions below for New Student Registration.

Registration Gateway is our online web site for new student registration, completing Back to School forms for existing students, and for updating information anytime during the school year.

Directions for New Student Registration (Students who are NOT currently enrolled in Troy Schools)

Click on the link above, then click on New Student Gateway and the site will walk you through the registration process. At the end of the online registration, you will be prompted to make an appointment to complete the enrollment process at the Troy Board of Education office.

All of the following items must be presented during your appointment: 

1. Driver’s license or state issued photo identification of parent/guardian enrolling student 

2. Student’s Certified Birth Certificate (must be an official birth certificate, hospital records and/or copies will not be accepted) 

3. Proof of Residency 

    • Mortgage papers, property tax bill, copy of deed

    • Current signed lease with landlord’s name, address and telephone number

    • House under construction or purchase agreement

    • Utility bill with parent/guardian name (ex. DP&L, Vectren, Troy Water)

4. Proof of Custody 

    • Complete copy of custody papers in cases of legal separation or divorce, the parent who is enrolling student must present a court ordered custody agreement which indicates the parent enrolling the student is the residential custodian. 

    • Complete copy of court order in the event of a student being court placed with a non-parent (foster placement, relative placement, etc.) 

5. Immunization Record - dates student’s immunizations were administered (previous district may send with records)

Other items, if applicable:

6. Student’s most recent grade card and/or Individual Educational Plan (IEP)

**Please call the Troy Board of Education Office at 937-332-6700 with questions regarding new student registration or if you are having issues entering information into the Registration Gateway system.

 

Directions for Completing Back to School Forms (Students who are currently enrolled in Troy Schools)

Click on the link above.

Login with the Student Number (Same as lunch code) and the password is the student's Date of Birth (enter it as MM/DD/YYYY). 

     *Be sure you include the forward slashes (  /  )  between the numbers.

     *If you do not know the student number, you can contact the Main Office of the school your student is in.*

Click on Back to School Gateway

You should see your student's name along with the Status "Your Action Needed".  Click on Edit. From here the system will walk you through updating and completing the Back to School forms for your student.

Every student must have this completed.  If you have multiple students you will need to do the above steps for each student.  If you do not have computer access you can stop by the school Main Office where you can fill this out onsite.

 

Directions for Updating Information During the School Year

Click on the link above.

Login with the Student Number (Same as lunch code) and the password is the student's Date of Birth (enter it as MM/DD/YYYY). 

     *If you do not know the student number, you can contact the Main Office of the school your student is in.*

Directions for Athletics

Click HERE to access the online Athletics forms.

Login with the Student Number (Same as lunch code) and the password is the student's Date of Birth (enter it as MM/DD/YYYY).

Once you are logged in, click on "Submit and View Online Forms", then click on the Athletics Form link.  Fill out the form and click "Save and Submit to District" at the bottom.
